BOOMER

| Boomer is my second rescued Rat Terrier. I found him at a small dog shelter in AL; he was skinny, sick, and filthy. He was only 11 months old, and had a hard early life. Boomer needed some TLC, and during that time, he was enjoying learning flyball. It didn't take long for him to blossom into a beautiful, healthy dog, ready to see what all this training was about. After a few missed jumps at his first tournament, the light went on and he has enjoyed being a solid member of our Tropical Storm team. Even though Boomer isn't really fast, he makes up for that in how high he jumps! We call him our "rabbit chaser" because he bounces over the jumps like a rabbit. Boomer is the sweetest dog, so loving and never a problem. Now at 4 years old, he looks forward to tournaments and practice by whining whenever we get close to our destination. |
